We are very proud to announce the opening of the Minocqua Farmers' Market starting June 15th 2012, brought to you by the Minocqua Chamber of Commerce with the assistance of Marshfield Clinic.
The market will take place every Friday in the summer rain or shine at the newly built Minocqua Park on Hwy 70 West.
We are currently inviting vendors to join up and help make the Minocqua Farmers Market the eminent outdoor market of the Northwoods. If you think you may be eligible please go to our become a vendor page for more details or contact us with any questions.
For those interested in getting involved please contact us and see how you can help. You can also show your support by becoming a friend of the market. The success of the market will rely on community support, so don't be afraid to help us get the word out. You can go to our 'Facebook' page and like us to let your friends know we're on your mind.

Market Goals
The Minocqua Farmers’ Market has been founded to pursue the following goals:
- To give local growers and producers of agricultural commodities and
other farm-related products alternative marketing opportunities.
- To promote the sale of locally grown farm products.
- To improve the variety, freshness, taste and nutritional value of produce available in the Minocqua area.
- To provide an opportunity for farmers to deal directly with
residents and visitors to Minocqua rather than through third parties and
to thereby get to know and learn from one another.
- To provide an educational forum for customers to learn the uses and
benefits of quality, locally grown or prepared food products.
To provide educational opportunities for producers to test and refine
their products and marketing skills.
- To enhance the quality of life in the Minocqua area by providing a
community activity which fosters social gathering and interaction.
